2) “Let go”…you will feel your brain/thoughts/consciousness very tight and focused. You want to release this tension in your thoughts, and allow your mind to fall out of focus. You are not your thoughts, you are the observer of your thoughts. Take a step back and observe your thoughts, as if you are standing back and watching them.

3) Watch everything that comes up. You will most likely have negative/anxious feelings: “I’m bored”, “Am I doing this right?”, “How long do I have to do this?”, “What do I have to do after this?”…just watch them. Also observe any physical sensations, and relax any tension in your body.
